Hey guys, I'm having problems with the installation, nothing happens when i run the setup.exe. Neither with the new one nor with the Legacy version. Tried also running with administrator

There seem to be a lot of confusing about this game, so I will try my best to restore the history of it (I will try to be make it short).
I'm known as K17 (K17 was not available here). I'm the original creator of this game.
Back in 2007 I worked on the first version that I release in December of that same year.
In 2008, I join a group of coder that wanted to help me work on it. We name our-self Team K17
After a few years of that, using the next generation of the engine, and name changes of the game,
we settle on the name "The Klub 17" for the game (TK17 for short). The name use the first letter of Team K17.
Around 2010, we joined a site called ModGarden, where the Admin was starting the site for content for the game.
Keep in mind that before that, we were basically nomad, as we didn't have an official site for the game.
When joining ModGarden, we grew a lot, game and content wise. This lasted for about 10 years, until the admin disappeared and eventually the site was lost.
That is when, there was some controversy, that started the confusion you are seeing now.
For a couple of years, we worked on the next version (V11), while giving support to the current one.
This years, we started our own site, called Phoenix Garden, in honor of ModGarden. This with the help of Roy, that had an old TK17 site...
In a few months, we manage to restore all the game content from ModGarden to Phoenix Garden.

You can use shemale as a base model, then modified them to your liking.
Also, if you want your model to be flat chested, then I recommend starting with a male model.

Yes, you can do tgat in different ways. Starting from a male character or a shemsle. Using the body editor you can shape everything. (In my kinetic novel I have a femboy/trap)

I miss ModGarden soooo much, but can 800% vouche for the hard work and effort from both its site management and members, in regards to its focus on upgrading the engine (VX) to creating a friendly community that allowed interest to grow by experiment of content creation..

This is great. I first got wind of this game when it was called "3D Sex Villa" well over 10 years ago and also heard that this was an online game. I even heard of other variations called "3D Gay Villa" and "3D Sex Jenna". (Based on the porn star Jenna Jameson)
Later, I found that it was named TK17 and now completely it's own program and the ability to add your own mods if you knew how. Then came the HOOK plugin and that took a bit to understand as well as learn keyboard keys to add additional graphical functions. The most common TK17 of programs is version 7.5 (Currently in the download section) and was the easiest to work with. I personally remember using it to make my own characters and poses, and even animations and storylines.
For those who still don't exactly know what this is, it's a personalized 3D sex simulator. It allows you to completely customize everything, such as characters and character looks, style, form, outfits, size, poses, and even personalize with name, astrological sign, and personal job description. (Although from what I remember, job titles, astrological sign, etc. didn't effect the game itself much, was more for "decoration" and for your own imagination I guess) You could also use this for making your own story line, take screen shots, or even record a video of the story line. I been seeing a lot of adult videos being made using this program lately. I've even seen those who use it to take screen shots and make web comics out of the poses and outfits plus the backgrounds/locations. If you wanted to, you could use this program to make your own 3D Avatar or just use it to make character concepts. It may be a 3D sex simulator, but it's not like you have to use it for nudity.
I also remember devs using this as a tool for making characters and poses for their own games, along with DAZ, Artificial Girl, and VaM.
The only real issue about this game is it's very RAM hungry and will lag if you don't have a good computer. Also, the more mods you install, the longer the program takes to load. So keep this in mind when you use this program.
