I have a question. Are there endings where she legit is cured from laying eggs? Can she side with the Demon woman? Can she get pregnant from her? I am interested in such themes like corruption, siding with the enemy, transformation.

I can't cure her from laying eggs because of Patreon limitations.
For the original game - nope.
For the remake - she's already can get pregnant from main antogonist. But you can't get her side. A was thinking about the ending where you killing the Torus and get Letel side but I can't give you straight answer atm.

Human or human like fetus which appears in the game counts as children. Even if it not interacting in the sexual act - it's still prohibitet. That why, all jap games where they have actul fetus (like violated heroine for example) can't be found on patreon. This is too thin line between prohibeted and allowed content. I had conversation about this few years ago with patreon team, about bringing fetus to the game, because there was no strict forbiddance in ToS at that momment about birth scenes. But then verdict was - this is prohibited. That's why Barbarian is cursed and can't have children.

I didn't see the correlation between the egglaying and normal human birth. The way you guys were talking it made it seem like it was some kind of glitch or something not just the gameplay mechanic. I haven't played a lick of the game outside of the sex scenes so sue me for not realizing it was all about patreon being filled with a bunch of fuckshits for brains.
