Setting up all the routes since I just finished the "new route" and figured why not try to get a little more out of it and I noticed this. Curious, Ji-Yeon is d-"ead?"d-"ating?"d-"ying?"
only things I can really think of that would cut off at a D. Guess I missed it when I first went through this part lol.

Apparently you have to follow another route and not get on the bus
Dont get on the bus by choosing to grab blonde jock by throat, then samantha comes on to you, choose to take her to bathroom and have sex (not quicky, the long version). Then you miss the bus and the new stuff starts.

wait so even tho there is new content for this branch there is still work in progress stuff for it so the branching isn't done for this path Good thing I'm not in a rush to replay this game and set all my saves upunnecessary branching, and looks like it's just the beginning

I'm kind of lost. I just finished the new version and found only 1 new scene with Samantha in the bathroom, and after that, I'm just through dialogue without any new sex scene, and then it ends. Maybe I'm bad at picking choices
Honestly, those routes do be kinda ambitious, but i wanna let him cook.
As long as they matter and get connected to the main plot anyways, just a different path, i think its fine.
What wouldnt be fine IMO if he tries to make 3 games with 3 different routes in this 1 game.
Anyways, i do wonder how choices affect stats of characters, like how much they like you, i dont think we can see it yet, its locked.
Like, does flirt options always count +1 positive or it varies on situation and characters?

So played the new update over and... frankly its not great, I mean the bus ride was great it really made you feel the interconnection between everyone, had sex, romance, emotions & insight into the characters. The other path... doesn't feel as emotionally involved, it seems more like setting up a number of mysteries without giving any significant insight, it doesn't feel as rewarding except if you want your MC to potentially end up as an action hero.
As for something someone else also mentioned, the people you see at the end on horseback, one with shotgun and another with LMG... huh... they'd be fucked. Their is that little thing called recoil, and the moment either shot they'd be thrown off their horse, if the horse itself didn't buck them off because of the insanely loud noise next to their head. Frankly the most in term of guns you could use on horseback would be either pistol, revolver, carbine or hunting rifle. No automatics, nothing with too much kick because on a horse you don't have the capability of balancing yourself and holding yourself standing in the face of the recoil like you'd be able to on foot.

I'm going to be straight forward and Dead honest, There is a high chance of his getting abandoned at some point my main reasons.
1- Game already has 3 branches ( The cleaning lady, The bus ride, and This new branch)
2- It looks like more Branch's will be added as time goes on meaning longer development time.
3- Might take more then lets say 4 years to complete the game.
4- People might get fed up with to many branches and not enough story progression that they might not support.
I can keep going but ya catch what i am saying. Not enough progression, To many Branches and To long of a stretch between updates.
My opinion is simple concentrate on 1 story 1 branch and enjoy your work. Don't make it harder Just write your story don't bloat what you already have.
