It is simply a timing play, You wait, hidden, when they are facing away from You move, use the small bushes to cover yourself from them.

Go to the North aka top of the map on your browser, there is a grave yard there, get the moss there, go to the right of your map on your browser, go right all the way (East) using the bushes to hide yourself, then go through one of the holes in the wall, use the small bushes to cover yourself, go up (North) till You see the lake and the blue haired girl, the sea poppy is there, bring them both back to Isabella aka the witch.

Go down, wait for the guard to turn his back, go down again, run right and down in the middle, then go right, down again, and past the bar, down and left, hideout is there, pic below shows me at it.
I can't get the torches for the life of me. Can anyone take a screenshot of where they are on that map?
When will I see a new task in the Quest Journal ? I am now on "Mothers Will" and "Municipal Espionage". Thanks in advance.

There is a house with a blue roof in front of the gray wall at the Docks. You should see a white ring to use a rope and access the guard house.
