How do i open the Twin Flame Door. Im doing the quest to get the lactation potion and need to do the quest for the underwear man.

there are braziers in areas to the left and right of where the door is. lots of sneaking. the one on the left is easier, the one on the right takes some timing.

What does pics do and how I interact with them

The pics do nothing gamewise unlike the sex cards. They are just there for you to enjoy seeing. To view the pics: go into Key Item>select pic>click on Kretch's status box (it'll pop up automatically). Pic should appear. Think of it as if your playing any number of other games on here and you need your MC to use something within your inventory or equip him/her with a different weapon.

Best guess for 0.5 would be somewhere between late April - early May based on when 0.4.1 dropped and his average to date between builds. Obviously, real life could change that.

I think no, but you can just follow the quest log in the game, it's pretty specific
