The crystal near your bed in the cave.....if those crystals are around in rpgm games it means either heath regen/save or gallery scenes

If its the one on top of the cupboard you cant, need to find others

Just have the level 2 lockpicking set and enter the house. If you have that, there shouldn't be an issue just clicking on the bear and receiving the lens.

If you're talking about the location that Juidas answered, that's the Central Wall District.
