I was waiting on this game to be completed before giving it a try. Is it worth downloading in its current state?

It has tonns of visual content, but most story arcs are hardly even started.

Check the changelog, this is version 0.10. What do other games have to do with this? This game has been abandoned, so it's not getting any better, and everyone develops games differently anyway.
