I immediately took notice to this as well. It takes some big cajones to put a game on Steam that has so many blatant copyright/likeness infringements. Not sure if the Steam version avoids these in some way, but either way I was floored going "Yup, this is an original artist recording. Yup, this one too. Aaaaaand this one. I'm pretty sure this is a reference to this film, this actor, this character...." It was hilarious and very well done, but I'm glad it wasn't done by me lol.

Well the game has never actually released on Steam. It's just a "Coming Soon" page with some screenshots that hasn't been updated in like 9 months. I would say that it has no prayer of ever getting onto Steam, but since Steam doesn't provide much oversight who knows... there have been numerous recent cases of people posting viruses on Steam disguised as games (

), so this dev may have a shot. Mostly though this game became a pure Patreon milking machine and now that Patreon has pulled the plug I think it unlikely the dev will continue the charade.

I notice there were 3 posts in the last two days on SubStar, so there is movement out there. Lizzy IS doing something, I just don't know what, because I am not a supporter. This game has most of what it takes to be a decent game. Not one of the greats, but that could always change. In the game world, a lot of shit can happen. Sometimes the dev recovers and sometimes not. I guess we will see. (or not)
