Well, so far the most NTR thing is on 'day 3' (I think) when you refuse to go with the stripper. It cuts to a scene between the maid and Mom, where the maid masturbates with Mom's leg while she's asleep, although it's avoidable, so it might not happen in the story.

But, like practically everything that involves sensitive topics for a large portion of the player base, it will be avoidable and won't happen in the story, so you can all continue to enjoy the game peacefully
