I don't mean to sound like a dick, but work it out for yourself.
Understand this, the only time the majority of people even use the acronym, is for a MC getting cucked - Netorare. They don't care about the other two and more often than not don't even realise they exist or are covered by the NTR acronym.
I don't care for any of the three, because I roll my eyes every time I see the terms being thrown around outside of Japan, by non-Japanese people on non-Japanese sites, like they're kids who latched onto a bad word and repeat it whenever they can.

Though probably not a very minor character who plays little role in the story, like Megail's loli apprentice.

This is an excellent game, even without the adult contents, it's still a 100% worth playing game, the story is good and long which means you can spend 100+ hours if you're a completionist.

RTP (run time package is a "system" for rpg maker games below the MV/MZ generations, it's used to reduce the overall side of a game by not having to include the default files (such as music, .dll files and some more) you need to download RTP from rpg maker website (just google it) or you gonna need to download the "RTP included" version of TLS

Said mother and daughter are having sex with eachother, with the mother being able to magic-up a penis (or more, and even tentacles) to engage in pentrative vaginal and/or anal sex with her blood-related daughter. It's a plot and lore relevant coupling that the MC gets to take part in.
Given how niche incest themed/implied porn is, it's safe to say you've got bigger issues than your own personal interpretation of what is and isn't incest.
