This is your basic RPG maker with simple still renders.
It would be SO much better to see animated scenes rather than massive amounts of text obscuring any sort of view of said scene.

1: Search for the [(value you're looking for*2)+1]; this is how most RPGMaker games save their values. For example, I have 100 GP, so I search for 201. If I had 160 GP, I'd search for 321.
2: Spend some gold, then search for the new value. So if I had 100 GP and spent 10 GP, leaving me with 90 GP, I'd type in 181 in the 'Value' field and then Next Scan (DO NOT click New Scan unless, well, you want to scan for a new value).
3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have a single value.

use save editor, is better for safety, with CE is somewath easy broken in a irreparabile state a save.

I just started using rpg maker save editor on my game. Although I feel bad for cheating and giving myself more pr0n or sx, I still use it and the ease of use is pretty good.

Meh, it's a single player game- if cheating makes the experience more enjoyable, why not? Do be warned though that the game does

Assuming you're talking about Megail's quest in chapter 1, you need to clear the mine to the northwest, to unlock the mine you need to recruit the other party members (Hilstara in a pub on the western part of the city, Robin from the mage academy).
