I can't pretend to know what LordUlrich meant, but I think they were saying saying that combat and non-combat members of the harem were one and the same. Both are important to the story, have dialogue, events, scenes, 26 of them have harem quests etc(Orcent and Vhala have "harem" quests too and of my three personal favorites of the non-combantant members, Megail has a harem quest, Xestris has the Philon extra content, Sabitha has nothing, but eh, I'm just glad she exists tbh).

You said it better than me but essentially yes. While I am well aware of the difference in a Party Member and a Harem Member, I was just joking about the Harem being a Party unto itself.

Early synergy scene between Ginasta and Vhala is a known bug, Sierra was told about it on her Patreon. If it's between Ginasta and either Aka or Hilstara though, that would be a new bug as far as I know.

The quest forgin ties is bugged the check for part of Yarra's speech in the plaza it's in the save that you do before returning from Zirante and then if you don't get 40 acceptance then the quest won't have how to get 14 volunteers even if you get 40 in the chapter before going to the plaza founding the fanzy walk or saying never to corrupt noble the check was already done with less than 40 you're screwed it should be done when you enter the plaza not on the way back. You are forced to spend 20% of the funds on Fanzy Walk or invest in Monastery conversion (Aid Station) to get 40 before going to Zirante and not do the second Nobility Campaign 20% only 10% or take Monastery conversion (Shrine) which fucks up Sarai's RP and is not worth it if this is not a bug it is the author trolling because you have to invest everything correctly to get 40 before leaving for Ziranti

no, it's not bugged, it's works as intended. and you don't need any of that. i reach 42 acceptnace before going to zirantia without any of investment you speak. and it's very standard behaviour in videogame reward the player for a correct execution of a section.

I was 39 and I made one mistake, which was investing in the noble campaign. I just didn't invest in the 20 and went with the 10. I made this comment, pissed off, because I saved it above the save before going to Ziranti.

i invest 20 in the noble campaign. in govern yhilin 1. then i don't need other VP to reach the cap.
you have 99 save slots, you should use them. save often and never overwrite the recent save.

I was trying to save 10% of my funds to see if at the end of the chapter it converts to pron. I have funds to get all investments except the mercenaries and the aram border. I had no chaos and collateral damage in the war chapter.
+10 for funding Monastery Conversion: Shrine.
+2 for funding Monastery Conversion: Aid Station. I hadn't seen it was only in ch 4

no, she was never a "harem candidate" she will die without a husband

At the Ardford summit instead of the Aram representative inviting me for a drink he said old veterans need to turn in. I'm guessing I've done something wrong even though I was following Thosha's guide.

Any suggestions/ideas of what I could have done wrong and at what point in Ardford? I funded the Eustin embassy and that's all good. Every other playthrough he's invited me for a drink and this is a new playthrough from the start of the latest version so I'm assuming I've done something wrong.

I do backups every 99 saves so I can go back to previous saves if necessary - I'm just hoping I don't have to restart the Ardford Summit or earlier.

for the aram's ambassador you need the first day to agree voting against the war [and keep the promise], then talk in his room about the unpeople say "the unpeople are veteran too"

perhaps you don't speak with him before the war vote?
