I stopped playing when the team splits up as I was getting too into it and didn't want to get cliffhangered for years. So this could be a pretty cool news if it is so.

The Anti-cheating checks if you obtain the Incubus items legitimately or not, if your ProN exceeds 10 million, if you have more than 300,000 SX and if Simon's lvl is higher than it legitimately can be(legitimately its 106 I think). You should be fine if you obtained the Incubus items legit and are under the previously mentioned checks.

the game miss of two last piece. the epilogue, a small update to tied up all the loose end remaining (not many) and the postgame were you can freely travel the world and can check the change you made. a victory lap of sort.

then remain polishing and the art is still made so will take a lot to have the art for all the game.

Has the dev given any solid idea of how long they expect these final updates to take? Or rather, how many there will be approximately be? If it's still a year or two out, I will probably wait to replay it then.

Yup, only the epilogue and post game remain to be completed. The final stretch has some really cool moments. Make sure to complete the final optional dungeon if you've gathered all 5 incubus king pieces before entering it though

Noooo. I managed to lose my USB stick with my save from before the final battle.
Well, with the early changes introduced in the last patch, it may be time to start a new save file. Will probably cheat on this one as the optimisation required for this game hurt my little brain

Damn I was not expecting THAT to be the secret Harem member. Also slightly sad cuz we still don't have any scenes involving Xestris despite her being in the harem and the main plots over now. Hopefully she will get something by the epilogue, I NEED to know if the horn is real or not.

I'm actually surprised Sierra went and commisioned art for TLS to begin with. All the scenes were nothing but text on a black screen just a few years ago.
