No switch affects them, you choose it once and that's how the skill is named (it's a rpgmaker plugin that changes them which is inbuilt into the engine, no custom stuff or switches are used)
Is the ordering task the only failable task? Because I got that message and did everything else 2-3 days ahead of the walkthrough and still no orgy.

All the orgasmic office objectives are green, including "Report to the 2F office supervisor" so I've no idea what else to do. If I finish Simon's route it goes to Failed Quests. I'll try the save editor and see what I can find I guess.
