That is pretty much the core of this game, my dude. Outside of a very lengthy story arc, most of the content is about the MC getting dolled up and getting nailed by hung shehorses.
That futa threesome in the infirmary with Kai has the hottest, filthiest dirty talk I've ever seen in an adult game. Wow.

I believe it's less about futa and more about the "rough handling" involved that might have the dev at edge. The sex isn't exactly wholesome and involves pretty much dominating, and to a certain degree, "humiliating" the MC. While nothing outright offensive, it still has enough gun powder to attract the wrong kind of activism wrath and STEAM might just preempt and refuse the game entirely if it meant avoiding opening that can of worms again.
Steam reviewers might only play a build for 10–20 minutes, and if they think certain characters don’t look old enough, they can decide to ban the game on the spot. The “Mommy” roleplay scenes can also be risky—as reviewers see them without all the context, they might assume it’s incest and ban the game.
There’s basically no appeal process, either. If a reviewer bans it for those reasons, that’s it—it’s permanent. That’s why devs tend to be extra careful about this stuff.

it is really sad and such a shame, Steam have ton of Futa trans game,
so weird they deleted version of this steam.
as Curator steam already played both version, the original with futa its more better
