Since you asked for feedback, here we go: NTR and Harem are like oil and water... I don't know if your goal is to have a lot of people playing your game. If that's the case, there are a lot of people who won't even know about the game because they don't even enter Threads with that tag (NTR). If it's 1 or 2 scenes with ntr, you also won't get the people who are most interested in that type of content.
I think it's better to choose one of the themes and focus on it.
Obs: remove tags that are not yet present in the game. Put the information as "future tags"

All NTR content will be avoidable, the only thing is that you might loose some sharing content if you avoid it just that
Some LI's have boyfriends in the start of the game, so might exist some scenes with their boyfriends that are avoidable.

Mr. Dev, as you probably know, that making an NTR game is going to unleash the hounds (haters). Do not be swayed by these nutjobs. This is your game and make it the way that pleases you. You are the God of your game and you have the final decision. If you want to be happy, make the game you want and let the haters rant and rave, but eventually they will go away (maybe). You'll have supporters, but not everybody. No dev, or game has everybody happy. So make yourself happy and let it sort itself out. There is a difference between constructive criticism and verbal assault. Respectful suggestions are welcomed by most devs, but outright hate should never be tollerated.
Well, telling where incest comes from would unveil part of the story, the only thing I can tell for now is that it will exist.

when you say avoidable what exactly do you mean for most here avoidable means that the event never happens based on a in game choice. To me it seems more like you mean its skippable meaning tht the sex with their boyfriend happens we can just choose to not see it.
When it comes to lesbian im a little confused on if its avoidable or not. Me personally i prefer the LI's to have no sexual relation with eachother even during a group scene i personally see this as sharing which i hate

For a game so focused on promoting its mature plots and intrigues, author not explaining why a rich ass family with a big ass mansion would host a high school student from Spain to their home is really an antithesis of what they are trying to promot.
