I asked the same thing a year ago and never got an answer. By now I think the thing is just bugged for the futa protagonist (which I played). I assume it's because the dev made the incredibly stupid decision to lock an entire mechanic behind the male MC exclusively, which you are not told beforehand. Some weird mind illusion power thing which most likely raises lust, but at the very least adds extra scenes.

If that's not it then it's a conventional bug and was never fixed. Either way your only option is to use the cheat that removes the patreon prompt so you can use the debug menu. Provided by a commenter 2 pages ago.
