To confirm what xtkrzx had said, the PC/Linux Pixeldrain link is for 0.2.17 Mac while the Mac Gofile and Pixeldrain links are for 0.2.13 Mac. The PC Gofile link and the Android links are fine.

You're probably missing Lucy's. You have to click new game and slide across in the chapter select menu

After you get Lucy's the way I said, you'll automatically unlock the last one.

I only really remember that one specifically because it was the last i had to find. I just looked through all the menu options.
