Relax, if I got offended by stuff like that I would be picking fights left and right. Thanks for the support though. I mentioned once that I used to be a sub on their patreon but I got off it as soon as I saw they are scammers.

I am always a bit surprised about the half completed games. This one is pretty good, the humor, the art, the plot and story. If they finish it it would be a big cash cow for years to come. It would convince people to contribute because they finished an enjoyable project. If they would start another project, loads would support. Now many, perhaps the majority, throw them in the scammer/milker category. That is a real shame, i remember one of the developers had some health problems. But that is also an often used excuse to postpone and milk a few more months.
I know it is off topic and probably this will get removed. But i really hope this team will complete this. If they are a bit more transparant about the development, i would not even mind supporting them, that is how much appreciation i have for their work.

They have no ideas how to finish it. Took fans ideas and implemented in the game, not even thank you credits.
If not the fan base, this game would be as flat as a board...

They started this game 10 years ago. Ten years. There have been loads of part time developers creating games in that time.

Well, if Akabur`s Princess Trainer, Witch Trainer and StarChannel34 are exactly finished, so the 0.95 release of Library Story maden about two years ago (if i remember correctly) can be named finished version of the game IMHO. And what was the 4th and 5th Akabur` s games, I don` t remember?
Mating Season and Queen Trainer are the other two. All of these games are at 1.0 or higher

Well, as I know, Magic Shop is mostly unfinished and Broken Heart Bordello is broken, so, as I suppose, Akabur isn`t mush more better then Latissa& Xaljio
Maybe love of tricks is the common feature of the most of the russian devs, who knows? So in terms of whataboutism, you're comparing 2 developers using renpy who have been working on one game for 10 years and this is their result to one developer who has made 5 games in the same time span. Latissa and Xaljio are scamming and stalling their development. There is no need to defend these two developers. You're honestly sounding almost exactly like Latissa did in her DM's to me that led me to pull my support of their project.
Yes, I am. I`m declaring that the Akabur was the first russian dev who put some of his games on pause, and the others was only following his example. And I don`t defend Latissa&Xaljio, I`m not their lawer at all.
At this point, you defend them so much you might as well be part of the dev team. You might be them for all I know.
I`m neither painter nor programmer so I`m absolutly useless for them
As for scenario writer option, they have so many ideas for it that highly likely lost the sence of reality and IMHO became produce game for itself not for players

Fun fact, I happen to be an artist that worked on 2D animation along with other projects. Video clips, trailers, game concept arts, and pixel art etc. Just so you know, the work needed (scetching, drawing, coloring) for each frame as well as the background behind it (that I put as an extra just because I want to prove you wrong at the worst case scenario that there's simply TOO MUCH work) is about 1-2 weeks at the VERY max, to finish (an animation of their ability, which is extremely simplistic, very few frames and stationary poses that don't change). I used to work solo or with a team of 4-5 people. I give them 2-3 days for sound, and the rest for the programming. 1 month would be a lot more than enough to produce this quality of finished product.
Plus, I used to be a patron of them as well, not top tier such as others but I gave them a little something. I stopped the moment I saw this ridiculous postponing. You can still be their patron if you wish, or believe what you will about their work and doings. But please don't try to convince others that they are not scamming people. It is pretty straightforward at this point.
