Linda's death holds a purpose. If you have played through chapter 13 then it might be a little clearer.

i did play till the end. I guess i must have missed something, is she getting reborn? Will we still get to add her to the harem later?

She will be reborn. Her death was needed for Ellie to join Rob and his team to go to see Cleo. If Linda was still alive she would not have left to go with them. Ellie is a key character in the story going forward.
Uncle Loco quick bit of wrong sayer in v.13 During the diner / restaurant scene the waitress is on one occasion identified as Judy.
Ch13 ending didn't feel like a Part ending. It felt more like a Chapter ending with its rushed encounters and barely explained events and/or setup for future content... It didn't feel good... Now, who knows how long it will take to get Part2.

because TPT has 6 chapters, iirc, so 4 more, then it should be the second part of the list

Chapter 13 I felt ended at the right spot, we resolved the issues in Big City and Rob meets his Yoda to get his training in for when we return to him as the MC of the story again. We get to reunite with a few characters that left the story early and tease a few future characters that will impact The List Part 2, which will have a time jump.
The Perfect Town is the second story in the saga, and it will continue to cover events related to the prophecy. You will learn more about a few characters from The List as well, such as Cleo and Eve. Who knows, maybe you will even see some other familiar faces.

Every death has meaning to the overall story. Some are extremely hard to deal with, but those deaths are important to the story progression. If Linda didn't die, then Ellie would not have joined Rob in the move to the hospital. Alexis's death is the hardest to handle, but it needed to happen to get Rob onto the prophecy path. I really don't like the idea of killing off characters, but with the way reincarnation works in my story, it isn't as bad as it seems. Especially when you know certain characters will be back.

I completely understand your concerns and issues with the story, and there are no hard feelings about your comments or concerns at all. I appreciate all the feedback, good, bad, and ugly. I read it all.
Alexis is and will always be one of, if not the most important, characters outside of Rob in the Saga. Which is why she was forced in as a LI. There are a lot of things you all as players, are not aware of just yet. Some look to be one thing but will turn out to be something completely unexpected. This is a very supernatural, miracle-related story with twists on religious elements.
While I hate what I did to Kelly, it needed to be done for the path of Madison. I have my reasons, and I completely understand that you, as players, may not like any of them now, but I hope over the course of the saga you will come to accept them and understand why I did what I did. I did talk about this on my Discord a bit, and I think people started to see one of the reasons.
Now, Kelly's suffering alone is something that will be addressed and hopefully handled in a good way. She wants to handle the loss in her own way. She has Sylvia and Madison to talk with about it since they both know and both respect her request not to talk about it with Rob. They both understand it is not their place to share that with him.
Yes, Alexis will be back. Yes, she will retain her past life's memories. Now, one thing that I will say is that when Madison found out she was pregnant, she was told of one child. It was later found out that there is a second child, and the doctors were confused about how that happened. More about this will come out in the story. I will also leave you with one more thing: take a look at the size of the soul that was replaced, and look at the soul that was added, and the others that were shown so far. I just ask you to remember that, as the story unfolds, as not all is as it seems.
I get these things upset people, but please understand, I know the entire story, you guys only know what I have been able to share so far.

I understand what you're saying and I know that these things are what you feel are the right things to do. It's not my game and I don't see what you see. I still haven't finished this and I'm not sure I can. Which means, I probably will not play part 2 of this. Sad to say, but it is what it is.
I almost didn't even play TPT. Because I also know that you'll be referencing TL in it often, which at some point, I won't understand wtf is going on and probably at that point I'll have to drop TPT. I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer about it. It's just the way it is.
I know that all games aren't for all people and that sometimes games go a way that a player doesn't like and they have to make a decision as to whether they want to continue or not. I'm still on the fence about TPT as I've said above. That's not a dig at you or other devs, as it's a player problem.
Anyway... Just my 2¢.

Without spoiling too much, I would say that if you finish TPT, it might help make your decision about what to do about the game going forward. If you don't want to continue either game, no hard feelings either. I appreciate everyone who plays my stories.
thank you so much for giving me the absolut joy of reading your story Uncle Loco. i came thinking it be like any other game on here, but after the first few chapters i played cock in pants. The end made me absolutely bawl my eyes out. I cant wait to see what comes next for Rob. You're an incredible writer and deserve lots of praise

I will absolutely play The Perfect Town. and dont worry about the people who didnt like it. This was your first game so of course its gonna be a bit rocky. You improved amazingly throughout The Lists development. Just do what you love and tell your story.
