I've seen some asshole MC's, but this is one of the worst. Treats Abigail like absolute shit. (and every other girl he talks to doesn't fair much better). Then when Constance calls him out on his attitude to Abigail, he runs away like a little bitch.

I hope he changes extremely quickly or I won't be able to keep playing.

Also not a fan of being told how MC feels about the girls. (I immerse myself), so that doesn't work for me.

Be interested to see where it goes from here, like the concept and some of the girls. But this might not be one for me.

It's not the first time someone tells me my game might not be for them because one of my characters has been such an asshole. And I'm wondering, what's wrong with having a MC who is an asshole?

Let's take the easiest example; Groundhog Day. Is Bill Murray a nice guy at the beginning of the movie? Your MC will be trapped in a loop for God knows how long, why not leave some room for a little character arc?

I've played so many games where the MC is just a nice, awkward prepubescent-looking character who fucks the sister of his girlfriend and has a harem and flirts with girls so naive they feel underage. Does it feel like they are good guys because they never raise their voice and always act nice even though they are complete assholes? Even in BaDIK when you're Dik affinity, you're always so nice and measured with everyone, when I would like to grow a spine and stop trying to solve everyone problems.

I don't know about you guys, but I knew my fair share of jerks in my twenties who used girls to have sex and discarded them after the fact. Hell, I was one of them. I don't feel like the initial situation in which my MC is is so outlandish and can't make for a good story. I barely started the game, maybe I could have a minute to cook?

I can only speak for myself, but I like to immerse myself as the MC. So when MC acts like a complete asshole I struggle with it. I don't usually play MC's if I can't find them at least somewhat relatable. I know it's AVN, but in IRL, if a friend of mine was behaving like that, I would call them out.

I also wish that some MC's would grow a spine, stop being a hero and go off at some of the girls too. I actually said this exact comment on a different thread a few hours ago. But, this is if I feel the girl is a bitch or deserves it. I don't know these LIs and AFAIK Abigail has done nothing to deserve being treated poorly.

To be fair, I identified Abigail from the preview pics and was the one I was interested in getting to know, so when MC treated her like that, I was quite disappointed. I know that I get too immersed & invested in my AVNs, which can be a problem.

I can live with a redemption and MC improving himself (as long as it doesn't take forever), which is why I said I would keep going for now and would hope to see or feel some self-improvement so I can keep at it. If I don't, that's fine, I don't expect you to change your vision or your game. But if, for example when Constance called him out, he said what you had, but something like "you've given me something to think about" or "Hmm, maybe". I could feel at least a willingness of MC to improve.

I'll certainly be trying the next few updates, to see if it is something I can into it. I want to, because I've been excited since you first announced.

At first he will be overjoyed of being given this opportunity to fuck anything that moves without any consequences, and then he will do it again, and again, and again, and eventually it will start to lose it's meaning. And then he will reflect.

Abi is a pearl. She's sweet, she's caring, she's loyal, she's loving. So if I have a sweet, kind, mature MC who enters the loop, what's left to do besides getting together with Abi, and relive the same day over and over with no possibility for growth? But imagine if the MC, being the jerk that he is, keeps pushing Abi in one of the loops till she breaks and unloads on him and he realizes the magnitude of the hurt he's causing her constantly. Wouldn't that make for a better story the moment he starts a new loop and begs Abi for forgiveness? I really want to tell a story with this game, and it can't work with a concept like a loop if the MC is already perfect.

Each time I think I get this community I'm surprised. It would have never occurred to me than some people might want a threesome with girls that don't touch each other. Girls kissing is hot to me. So I'll tell you what I'll do. In this game each girl has "levels". Let's say Valentine is your favourite girl. You'll eventually learn enough about her to get a kiss, then you'll need to learn more about what makes her tick to get a blowjob, etc. So I'll make sure that threesomes have levels too. You know enough about which buttons to push to get both girls to have sex with you simultaneously, but not enough that they want to try to make out with each other. Just don't go a level beyond when you reach that point. How does that sound?

If you're wondering why I don't just add a "Ask the girls to kiss or not" choice, I just want to keep the game as "lean" as possible without adding a bunch of small choices and variables to avoid unnecessary bloat. I want to keep that for "big choices" as much as possible.

While living day after day in perfect harmony sounds great. I realize that won't interest anyone (even me). So you need to come from point A to point B. I guess, I was disappointed he was so far from Point B, and so far removed from me in IRL, I couldn't even see a possible path to redemption.

I just hope I don't have to push Abigail too much or for too long, or any other LI path I decide to play (I'm a multi-path guy). I'm not sure my invested emotions could cope. It hurts me to hurt a sweet girl. That look on her face when I walked out of the bathroom almost made me cry, And the smile that lit up on her face when I chose her at the bar made me feel like a real dick.

I also realised that I didn't explain in earlier post, that it wasn't you or even your AVN I was disappointed in. It's really hard to explain, but, I was disappointed and even angry at the MC as a character (that I play as me). But, what that means is you're doing something right, if you can bring out those emotions in a player from the words & renders you've provided. Does that make sense. So congratulations.

Once again, thanks for the response, it's certainly made me glad I decided to try it a bit longer and not just delete it.

PS, on the threesome thing. I can only spoke for me again. Love a threesome, and have no issue with any girl-on-girl action within it. I certainly don't want them lined up taking turns (although it appears some people do), but in a threesome I want the majority of focus on me. Not sitting in the corner jerking off, while watching them (which I have seen in other AVNs). I think your suggestion above works and would enhance the game experience. Just my opinion, FWIW.

sounds good to me. gives the game more replayability. sounds like more work but it does make it more rewarding with "achieving highe levels. (if I got it right ofcourse because my english are on the poor side)

Not all girls will want a threesome.

You won't get to a threesome without working for it.

You will have a button to reset the loop if things get to gay for you.

If you get to a threesome girls won't touch each other.

Don't unlock the next threesome on their path because then they will.

With what has been explained with the MC and its progression and the premise that it is repeated over and over again, then the MC in the end will know what the right decision is and will be able to not only fuck all the girls, but also fall in love and make everyone fall in love. all the girls and with this the question arises in the end will there be a Harem, yes o no? or will you have to choose one or are both endings contemplated?
