When at Lunaris (after populating it), go outside and you will have a option to find rubies.

I am not sure if this helps but I went back to where I got the slaves and did a extra mission about Mina and finding her mom and dad... I don't know when some of the quests start.

Why does the game even bother to ask the player to put numbers in Liu's expressiveness and obedience in stats setup in the beginning? These numbers never show up in the phone stats anyway!

Here's a quick & dirty walkthrough based on notes I took while playing through the current version.

• Earn $2000 or so by "work a day", then buy all upgrades at the cybernetics shop
• Give relaxed lessons, but don't call Lui over until her comfort is at least 10
• Proceed with the chain of events
• Go to Chinatowns's adult parlour until Liu's expressiveness is at least 10.
• Go to Area 51
• Travel to Suesta (galaxy map) and exit the not-tardis
• If you haven't raised science or fighting to 5 by now, it's game over
• Click workers, then local Navigation Selector -> Ancient Egypt -> Go Outside
• Get your combat skill to 5 if that's not the case already -> Go outside (in Ancient Egypt)
• Just like that, you're now handed 1000 of Adassi's best builders.
• We're told we unlocked a scene from Mina in Ancient Egypt, to view it, just go outside again and spend time with Mina
• To unlock all of Pharaoh Adassi's dialog, you need 12 fearlessness, she'll end up asking 5 black rubies and will think about giving the MC access to her body in return. If you don't have enough fearlessness, you can learn it later from Sun Tzu after "Warriors"
• Click "Family"
• Click "The Voice"
• You should already have the voice modulator and outfit
• Click "Popstar"
• Click "Suesta Update"
• Click "Popstar" again
• Click "Spacestar"
• Click "Spacestar" again
• Click "Spacestar" again
• Go to your room & "Construct Memory Watch"
• Click "Suesta Complete", Liu can wait, I guess
• Click "Nameless One"

• Go to Lunaris, go outside, click "Search for rare black ruby" until you get at least 5.
• Click "Creatures from the north" (on Lunaris)
• Click "The General"
• Local Navigation -> Ancient Egypt -> Go Outside -> Spend time with Adassi & collect your reward
• Click "Fountain of Youth"
• Galaxy Map -> Suesta -> Go Outside -> Ask about their water
• Go Outside -> Interactions (Flavor)
• Click "Still Playing God"
• Click "General of Lunaris"
• Galaxy Map -> Lunaris -> Go outside -> Warriors
• Train science to 20 -> Local Navigation -> Ancient Egypt -> Go Outside -> Spend time with Mina -> Confuse the hell out of her (achievement)
• Go Outside -> Asking for permission
• Go Outside -> Leaving the nest
• Click "Into the past"
• Click "Prodigal daughter"

Nah, it's not your fault. I blame Valve for not being able to merge the two names into one. would have been easier to find all of your releases that way. Just bought the lord of time there myself.

You don't really need a cheat code. (And I have no idea where to enter it.)
Put the not-tardis at the university, then for about 2 minutes: Go outside -> work a day (and hold ctrl to skip all dialog)
You'll soon have more money than you know what to do with.
