The game started using variables for those in Ep5 U2 I think. If you go the preferences screen, you can change them by clicking whatever is below the "Relations" section (should be whatever you chose for the MC to be to Ashley). A bit confusing, but clicking that will let you change all the relations.

guick question if anyone has experienced same problem. game freezes multiple times (Not Responding) during the ashley massage scene pretty much every other render and it takes about 2-3 minutes to unfreeze. is that a bug? cause it all runned smoothly up to that point.

Honestly, it's been a while since I went through it but, since a couple updates have passed I'm gonna take another look. It's like many AVN's; it starts out a little rough but gets better as it goes. Ash is his sister. I don't remember if you need a patch but, that's canon, I think. There's a couple odd moments along the way. Some of the dom/sub stuff at the hospital is kinda awkward and breaks the story for a bit, IMO. But, overall, it's entertaining... Up to you, my friend.i'm not sure
