Personally, I think you should leave it as is with a female MC, mostly because that's the foundation around which you've already built the earliest versions of the game. If you were still in the concept generation phase, my opinion would be more based on what other ideas you were considering for the game. You've already left the concept phase, though. You're now in the phase-loop of design/prototype/test.
I look at it from an engineering perspective (I'm an engineer, after all). Once you leave the concept phase, you don't return to it unless absolutely necessary. Doing so tends to cause significant development delays, and usually brings a lot of scope-creep to the project - which can ultimately kill a project altogether. There may be minor conceptualizing necessary for minimally impactful changes or additions, and non-critical aspects of development such as UI appearance. From my perspective, however, what some are asking you to do entails significant changes to core elements of the design that could, and I think probably will, force you to reimagine the entire game - and undoubtedly introduce at least a small measure of scope-creep. Apart from being a player who appreciates a female MC getting raped by enemy NPCs, as an engineer, I don't think it would be wise to make the change.
Remember that you're always going to have some who want one element or another to be different, but the long and short of it is this: it comes down to two factors - is the amount of work necessary to make the change reasonable, and will your project still reach your target audience or require redefining the makeup of that audience? The second factor is the more important of the two, because it directly influences the work required to make the change. The adage holds, "You can please some of the people all the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can never please all the people all the time." Regardless of which way you go, some people will be mature about it and simply decide it's not quite for them, or they'll accept that one thing they don't like and allow themselves to enjoy everything they do like. Some will act like children and throw a tantrum because they like everything else, but one particular piece isn't the way THEY want it, and they just can't accept that it isn't their way all the way.
At the end of the day, you're the dev, so it's ultimately up to you regardless. If a proposed change doesn't fit within your vision for the project, don't abandon your vision just to make a few people happy. You're likely to piss off your core target audience otherwise, and I'm sure you can appreciate how bad that would be.
This update mainly fixes basic bugs and adds a few new H-scenes. Honestly, I think it’s best to wait for my more complete update in two weeks. Still, if you decide to support me now, I’d be deeply grateful.
I say keep it female since that is what, most likely, drew people into this game to begin with. Typically the ones who want the main character's gender changed to an opposite do it to troll, burn out the creator, split a budding/established fan base, are throwing shit at the wall just because, want it to fit their own tastes instead of what the creator set out to do and/or any combination of the above, etc. I've seen this same song and dance for years I will tell you one thing, second guessing yourself as the creator to do something you did not originally start with has a higher chance of regret and burnout later. Sites like this are a graveyard as a testament to it and very, VERY rarely does a main change ever work out once, like deeps said, you are no longer in the concept phase.

It's interesting that's for sure, hopefully a full screen option comes soon, I was trying to attack but noticed I kept hitting the tabs like the windows button on accident. As it stands now, I hope we don't end up fighting more than one enemy at once because even trying to dodge feels a bit awkward. The tentacle scene seemed to be going somewhere but I wasn't expecting it to immediately go to a game over screen, so I figured it was a work in progress lol. Honestly, I can't wait for the future updates for this game because this has some good stuff in it. I do have a 2 questions though.
Do you think you will add any kind of customization like Clothing and maybe appearance?
Will the enemies have grab attacks that go into a H scene of any kind?

I’ll be updating equipment and clothing, but changing the character’s appearance isn’t possible yet due to budget limits.
Grab attacks from enemies will be in the game, but I’ll only apply them to certain special enemies instead of all of them.

Need to definitely have sex scenes that aren't game over only. That would quite literally boost your game above most other ones here
game is good and its very very promising but there is bugs that needs fixin plus i have this issue that my character moves on its own and i cant stop her and second its not full screen able so please fix it and pls tell what can i do about this auto move how can i get in control 
This bug may happen occasionally. For now, the simple fix is to close and restart the game. A more polished update will be ready in about two weeks. Im ngl ur doing an amazing job....especially considering this is ur first game....the model is hot AF.....the animations and gameplay is great...I feel the gameplay part is slightly clunky and difficult like fights and all....the mouse has some issues aswell.....but overall u have CRAZY potential...... I even tried ur other game on patron called LUST HUNTER....fucking beautiful man cheers
I genuinely feel bad for the sake not a lot of people know about u or this game. And although pls take it as a constructive criticism but I feel like majority of game developers mess up by blocking their games behind a pay wall too soon....one of the best examples is BIOASSHARD ARENA and PURE ONYX where I think the game is kinda free and all initially because of which they gained crazy fans really fast and got more and more famous over months, people will know ur games when its accessible early hand.
Now obv again I understand money is something aswell and like I said take it as constructive criticism but its completely ur choice....but thats what I think that maybe by not putting a paywall early development where u need more advertisements and PR, I think its better to start free and as u start gaining more and more patrons and followers on all platforms u can start having pay wall schemes.

According to my plan, the free releases will be updated once every two months. I’m currently working on a refreshed version based on everyone’s feedback, which will be released for free in two weeks.
