Right click so you go back to previous screen. You need to change the language to see yes/no option to save overwrite or exit the game. Somehow, english don't have them.
Edit: I also found that you can talk to girls without advancing time or limited and their stats keep increasing. I don't know if I can get any story progression correctly now.

Could be a good one, once all the bugs and Engrish is ironed out. Too many things still in French, even when English is selected and had to use task manager just to quit game, since it popped up a "Do you want to quit?" except in French without any actual Yes or No buttons, not even a Oui ou non(I know a tiny amount of Francais).

I've tried playing this throughout the day and the amount of bugs it has is seriously frustrating. It's entirely too buggy to play with any sort of enjoyment.
I guess the problem is that they rush to have an update per month and they have not enough time to fix bugs and other issues
