You seem to be very biased on what the harem tag has to imply, and I guess many people share your sentiment. Others do not though. I for one am happy to see a harem story coming up where LIs are meant to be more than obedient fuck dolls that go into sleep mode as long as MC is not around.

It's fine to want more than just 'obedient fuck dolls' as you put it, but that does not mean the targeted harem crowd want to see their LIs eagerly jump on someone else's dick. Integrated Harem and NTR/NTS paths never work well as they typically attract and cater to diametrically opposed fanbases. If the dev wants to bring in sharing elements into his story, fine, but it then becomes less of a harem and will only serve to upset those who feel baited into playing.

And is the content forced or can it be avoided? By this I mean some fetishes or labels that sometimes appear in the game that aren't to everyone's liking, such as lesbian, NTR, femdom, etc.

No incest, and lewds will be skippable. There are a few spots where a lewd is implied because it is part of the story, but it will just be implied that it happened, it won't be a compulsory scene unless chosen.

There won't be any compulsory girl-on-girls scenes but there will be flirting and the girls might grab an ass or something.

The scene in the intro is as close as you will get. It's not skippable because I don't consider it a 'lesbian' scene. It's not about that.

I basically answered your post in the one you quoted, but I'll repeat myself: The content is not the problem, your expectations regarding the harem tag are.
I like harems as well, I belong to the 'targeted harem crowd'. You don't speak for all of us.
Also, I'm no fan of NTR. But this isn't NTR. There's no humiliation aspect in it or whatever. It is kinda forced on the (potential) LI and mostly is there to provide context to the worldbuilding and story.
I am aware that some people (not only harem fans) go riot as soon as LIs seem to be aware that other dicks besides the MC's even exist. I don't share that sentiment though. Again, I like harems, and still have another opinion than you.

That's the definition of the harem tag on F95. It fits here. If you feel 'baited' by its presence in this game's tags, that's your problem, and nobody else's.

There are 7 planned endings, one is a limited harem option.

Most of your questions will be answered with ch2 in July (all going to plan). If you can hang on, it will become clearer, if not thanks for trying the game.

But to start with, congratulation on 1st release Grumpy, well done.
Also kudos for releasing a very lengthy first chapter, it actually surprised me how long it went.

Other than renders sometimes being bit on low side (not complaint, just observation), I'd say game might need bit of proof-reading.
I'm not someone who complains about spelling and stuff in VNs (doesn't bother me one bit), but game, especially early on, has quite a lot of grammatical error, missing punctuations etc. It's very rough.
To clarify, not talking about ta', da' etc., I get that's for actual "peasant" talk.

Girls being willing to jump on brothers dick is a bit...
Look, I'm fine. I play NTR games, doesn't bother me one bit if girls are active on the side.
Yet at the same time, a girl telling me "sure, I'd love to also fuck your brother" means instant "No thank you" for making path for her. She wants brother? Sure thing, I am a-OK at game even referencing a girl is with brother if MC is not chasing her, but she sure as heck won't be part of "my harem" (should one exist, game does have harem tag so far).

Charlotte and Jacinta are my favorites so far.
Also, isn't Yenna 15-16?
We start 1403, end in 1419. Probably not correct years, but something like that.
So unless there's a major time skip, hope it does stay completely platonic between her and MC.

Story I definitely liked. Nice bit of mystery of who/what, political intrigue, "accidental" death of nobility etc.
Side note: Never trust an assassin. But let's see what all the hubbub is with their actions.

Lots happening. There is an update coming tomorrow about ch1 corrections, game size etc.

Livvy is not an LI, but serves a purpose. Ch2 makes things much clearer. That is all I will say.

Charlotte, Jacinta, Sarissa and Lydia are LIs with their own paths.
Yenna is 11-13 in ch1. Eventually, she will be a 5th LI but obviously not any time soon.

The Fell are fun, I think most readers will enjoy discovering their many mysteries. I didn't want just another assassin story. They are like no other assassins, but at the same time there are reasons as to why they are so different.

The kiss from Janie didn't feel like a kiss of death from an assassin and she's not allowed to kill MC anyway. So I'm really curious to see what that was about and how it fits in with Lydia's plan.
