That was not my first guess. It almost seems too easy (maybe), but of course I am not writing the story. At this point only Grumpy knows for sure, and he better NOT say anything .

I am assuming it is an LI (which of course it may not be). I don't think it's Jacinta, she's only just become interested, with all indications she knew nothing about him previously (which, yes, might be an act). Charlotte has liked him forever, but is aware that they can't be together properly. Sarissa said she's never even met him. So I reckon Lydia, who has taken a contract to kill him, but is in fact protecting him (for reasons currently unknown).
That's my (possibly poor) detective skills anyway. I do recognize with a clever plot twist it could be any of them. And if it's not an LI, then it could be anyone else.

Love bonds are an elven thing with specific criteria such as two willing participants hence why Tauriel was shocked when the prince knew nothing about it. Oh, that's right, that was my other clue I noticed but forgot to mention. Lydia is the only Elf LI and I can't remember her exact words but when she was watching MC get beaten up by the six guards at the start, she said something like 'I haven't forgotten you.'
But I am expecting you to whack my theory with a gotcha in future updates.

Yeah I'm not looking to cheat as far as LI's going behind mc's back not looking for that either... I only want to pursue loyal to mc love interest's especially if swing/share is optional to keep them loyal tp mc as my mc will be loyal to them.

I don't think so, she's not an elf (unless there's elf blood in her I guess).
But, she did say the marrying when she's older part. Did MC ever say "Yes, I'll marry you" back to her? I can't remember. So, maybe.
But then again, wouldn't Tauriel have noticed it about her? They were all three together, but she only noticed MC. So maybe not.

The problem is, you may consider an unexpected kiss cheating while another person will say that it isn't. You may consider same sex action as fine which another will see it as cheating. So if I say yes or no, one way or the other, it is going to bite me on the ass. Different people have different ideas on what is or isn't cheating on this forum. It's a hot topic. So I'm not going to post here one way or the other. Some of the scenarios are complex and some grey areas, and some are not what they seem. Otherwise, it would be a boring story for many.
If you want to discuss it in DMs I'm open to discussing it more.
Obviously, there will be a time jump to bring Yenna from childhood to adulthood. I don't think that is a spoiler.

For me, I'm not going to like any scene that involves a guy other than the MC (or if involves futa, trans, tentacles...), nor any scene where the MC doesn't participate. I'm not going to get into whether it's cheating, NTR, voyeurism, or anything else. The only exception might be scenes where only one LI participates and no one (or nothing) else apart from her (except toys) .
