Unless something changed in the DLC which I haven't played, you end up with one girl (chosen by the Dev - not by you), she is pregnant, none of the other girls are. It is inferred that you are still having sex with all the others, but IIRC you don't see any sex scenes with anyone else.
It has both season 1 and season 2 ? If it's not can you provide the like for season 1
