You can fuck anyone but 'Arya' is the only wife, you live with her , her house, kid with her. But you are free to fuck the village, there is no 'Major love interest specific endings'

I don't think that's possible. Season 1 is a VN and Season 2 is a VN/Sandbox mix with multi-angle views for the scenes. This feature doesn't exist in S1.

In S1 I could rename the MC maybe this was because of the mod but the mod Dev quit after S2 0.22 or something. Thankfully The Universal Renpy Mod can change names.

I applyed this mod when I finished season 1, I had one scene missing, now all gallery gives error, how can I revert this please, I installed a fresh copy just keeping the saves and deleting persistent to no avail, the gallery is completely full of errors, no scene opens.

Is the issue with season 1 or season 2? And do you get a specific error that you can share?
Also, did you delete the persistent data at both locations?
You have persistent data in the game folder, and also here : %AppData%\RenPy

I have tried the downloadable version 1.7 from here on 4 different devices, and on every device I get those errors, even before I apply the unlocker. I did speedrun the game on all 4 machines to the middle of the game en tried different choices and all that, same issues everywhere. So I don't think that the issue was introduced by my unlock script, but I will have to look into it further to get a fix for the issue.
