is there any way to actuall get monica? (The actress from the colony) i did al the quests for the colonys boss, brought him wine etc. Now he does not have anything anymore for me, gave me a room in the 3rd floor, and monica just talks to me, nothing more... is it impossible to get her into the harem or what am i missing?
talk to morioka, he'll explained about female doctor who doing some zombies experiments, meet the doctor and participate with some experiments until she says no more experiment needed then talk to morioka to get audio record. once u leave 3rd floor the tobacco merchant will appear and talk to you about audio record. talk again with tobacco merchant at his stall, after that u can bring monica to your base
If you're at 99 then you have to head to the slums in the far west. You'll find her dad there. Complete the quest and take down the Raiders and head back.

No unofficial patch from me, but for people who want to save the girl from the OP... Here's a patch for that. She's trapped in the second floor of a building in the marketplace district, as per usual.
Also, isn't the casino on the top floor of the sanctuary supposed to open after 10PM? Or is there some other condition you need to fill?
It's bugged and, as far as I can tell, there was no word from dev about fixing it.
