So...half the 'settings' when starting off are in japnese and the other half is so poorly mtled, it doesn't make sense, so does anyone what all the settings when starting a new game mean in order?

Here are what the options are they are machine translated because I dont have time to do it properly and that is all this game deserves in it's current state.

1st option:
Please set the heroine name

2nd:
Set the butler's name

3rd option:
Display setting for Butler's standing picture during conversation

4th option:
H scene sound setting, BGM

5th option:
Display of combat sexual harassment

6th option:
Set up automatic repair before CG event with default equipment
(For those who are worried about the difference between costume breakage and event CG)
If ON, automatic repair will be done before the event.

7th Option:
Warning setting before boss battle

8th Option:
Defeat difficulty setting: If you make it easy, you can get items for defeat before the boss battle. Items for defeat can be purchased regardless of the difficulty level as the story progresses. (I think this gives you either items that show you the defeat scene or items to help you with the boss. Unsure of which)

I've been playing it for 4 hours now, pretty much all scenes give you 2 options, most of the times its a blowjob or vaginal sex, some have a no or yes too. There are some statistics but they aren't properly translated. So I guess there is a virgin route, even if you have to blow your way out of an event.

I think it's rather impossible from a technical standpoint, as there are A LOT of sex scenes, not just defeat ones, but stage hazards and when your butler gets 100 tp it triggers a random sex scene (might be a boobjob or simply grinding, but there are sex ones too). Getting a virgin route would be extremely annoying as you have to manage your butler's TP gauge. Not losing the midgame boss battles etc.
Also you get bonus MAT (magic attack I guess) every time you lose a boss fight and after h events. So the game encourages you to lose, there is also prostitution which gives a pretty decent chunk of gold, but requires a lot of tavern resting.

Here's an incomplete save for all h events. I stopped at the demon lord gate, you need to find a spirit shrine to open it or something. I was collecting all h events for all towns but the game crashed so there goes 1 hour of progress.

Basically each town has 2 or 3 spots for h events, all at night.
I've collected all the scenes from : Lamas Village and Baltane

Some need grinding like
Vefana : Need to open the church at the west side, jump on the well and fight your way to the key and rest at tavern to enter the church at night, gives you new clothes and 3 different H events, can be done in 1 night. Then theres the prostitution lounge at the very top of the map that opens at night, requires multiple day/night cycles to farm all the events but I believe theres a total of 4 events.

Ravendra town : Sex shop at the west section, go there at night and repeat 3 times, theres another H event outside of the store. Then theres another prostitution lounge left of the witch house, go there at night and farm 6 h events, can be done in a single night.
Think these are all the ones I couldnt save before the game crashed.

Holy shit this game has content. No combat rape though, just molestation and the 100 tp butler special attack that takes forever to charge. Didn't see any animations or voice acting, but there are sound fxs.
10/10 best Peach Cat work so far, gonna buy it when it gets a proper translation.

Edit : One more thing, there is no defining point for losing virginity, unlike say Ideology in Friction where your character needs a defining event to lose virginity where blood and special dialogue apply. Game might be MTL traslated but the first time I got the vaginal sex scene I didn't get any special dialogue or blood.
There's still statistics for sex I guess, but no blood or special dialogue.
