Him constantly calling his mother and grandmother by their first name is a huge turn off and rude as well.
He sometimes calls his sisters "sis". That's a nice I guess....
MC also pushes one of his sisters into online prostitution. Like bruh... who does that...

This could very well be a non incest game... it's basically just a horny idiot living in a house with women to fuck without any emotional connection.

Yeah this kind of reaction was awaited, I used AI for the first part of the intro I confess, but be sure this is a small part (around 20 minutes I would say).
I wanted to make it quick and didn't spend too much time on environments you will never see again.
Maybe someday I'll do it...
