Too bad. Game has grown too bloated to download. 5Gs compressed? Screw that. Sad that a pretty good game collapses under the weight of crappy code.

It's undergoing some further compression (WEBP) while the first few chapters are receiving their text upgrades. It IS quite a bit of content, so the single large download is appropriate. Had it been split into parts, it would have been comparable to other AVNs. I have no idea if 0ptimus plans on reducing download size to run on Android though - that'd require splitting. Right now game improvement takes precedent, I think.

What a gem... Just finished my first playthrough (from start to the last update).
The plot is really interesting, "BUT" the grammar and story-telling could use some improvments (like my english
).
There are a whole lotta scenes, hence there really needs to be a gallery (just visiting the girls at night isn't enough).
Overall, good job to the DEV and I'm really excited to see what's next.

obviously said from someone who knows fuckall about coding. My guy, code could be shittiest on earth and its wouldnt balloon his game by gigabytes. I downloaded the game for funsies after seeing this comment and while scripts.rpa is 18.9MB (admittedly still sizeable) that hardly contributes to overall size here. the audio.rpa is 646MB and the images.rpa is 10.9GB.. not about crappy code but obviously a shitton of anims / images files. You could argue it's poorly compressed but considering the compressed version if still 5gb that pretty impressive since because most games get compressed into oblivion. dev is already compressing things into tiny jpgs. we're talking ~200kb/image for a 1080p image. the compressing i suspect probably crunches that into ~80-100kb range. super small.
anyways 5gb really isnt much, if your that space starved it's high time you grab another drive. hell older tb drives are pretty cheap. for renpy games you dont need fastest drives here just something good enough.
Is there a possible way to patch out "my boy" out of the game and make it "my son"? Because it is annoying constantly seeing the MC referred to that it is like constantly seeing "landlady" when we know that she really isnt the "landlady".

Use of terms like this is being addressed as part of the Intro/Ch1/Ch2 text upgrade. There should be more natural use of familial terms, and a greater variety of them.

Are you also following the main plot? In your room if you skip time and keep an eye on the words at the bottom it will sometimes say stuff like "i should go to the living room at noon" etc. This progresses everything and i think in around the second chapter it is mandatory you prep the second house which can only be done once a day (it should be an icon at the top right of the room layout screen).
