Unluckily for me, she doesn`t appear neither at 8:30, nor at 20:30.
I started a new save from the latest version 0.99.

sorry, but I don't know what you by ".save archive".
I can only export .save files with the "save to disk" option, what I did in the previous attachment.
I try uploading a new file on GoFile.
Maybe that's helpful if you yust couldn't download it.

I have checked the save, it is not bugged, only that you have already activated the date, now you have to go to the abandoned village where the railcar is, enter the big house, get the tea set and return to Emma to give her the tea set.

Indeed I might already have had the date without recognizing it...
I managed to find the tea set and can continue now.

For those stuck on the Vegan Jessica menu, if you chose to not forgive Olivia, you will get the Vegan Menu when you go back to the director's office twice. For those who chose to forgive Olivia, update the code with SugarCube.State.variables.veganmenu=1. After either of these, you should meet Jessica again in the canteen.

Heere is the Guide for The Game. Found in on the pateron but was in rtf so converted to PDF format.
I did see someone saying guide is in the game in dariy but as I am playing in Android (online version in mopo game) somehow I can't see the guide, just blank colour page with no back option with I got stuck and have restart the game.
