It was difficult since there was nothing pointing to it. It is in the cafeteria on one of the tables, which you get told about by one of the girls. They just don't tell you where in there. It is also the last bit of story content of the update (giving the chocolate scene). Unless you don't finish the teacher first, which then the last bit of content is hers.

Is there a way to get out of the teacher stomach or is it scripted death ?

hide from her before getting eaten. Use the fish bone to cut open the pill in her stomach. Then you will get out alive
