I gotta agree with you 100 percent, Ella was pretty but her sister Madelyn is absolutely stunning, the three main girls don't really interest me as well, Sarah is nice but not very attractive, Hailey is drop dead gorgeous but I don't like how career driven she is, I'm worried that she will use the MC to advance in the company, so I'm leaning towards Lisa, to me she's attractive, caring and built nice, but if Ella's sister was an LI I'd be all over that like white on rice, it would be nice if the dev made her an LI hint hint much love devReally like the game...but damn, Madelyn (Ella's sister) and Emily are by far the best girls...not LI's thought
The 3 main girls are, well, not really interesting to me to be honest...Hailey if i'd have to choose one of them (plus points if we can get a path for both, Hailey and Emily), Sarah is kinda ok but really more the fwb type and Lisa doesn't interest me at all...
EDIT: I finished the latest update and I was leaning towards Lisa but after having the meeting with Lisa and her mother, no freaking way am I involving myself with that crazy power hungry mother, I guess since the gorgeous Madelyn isn't an LI ( yet) lol Hailey is the next smarter choice, love the game, the story is amazing, thank you dev

While Hailey isn't my favorite LI either, I don't think you have to worry about that. My read of Hailey is that she's driven by her need to be useful/accepted and, ideally, loved. If anything, she'd go to great lengths to impress the MC as a father figure, and all she'd want in return is a headpat and a "well done".
