She gets kinda crazy on both so you probably are on the pregnancy questline. If the quest is called "Novice Anika's delusion", the game is written for people using strong potion of contraception and she can't get pregnant.

Maybe, depends on if they need to think it is cheating for it to count as cheating. The MC tries to convince them it is not cheating. For me cheating is cheating, if there's no rape or something like hypnosis. Being dumb or naive doesn't make them faithful after they spread their legs. But that's just my point of view and also I wouldn't mind more netori kind of characters

Yes it does look at the top you will see a button beside the word top in a box press that scroll down and find the "index HTML" Or "Desktop HTML" for the game it will highlight the game window click it the use console..
