Well do i have to go to the ??? to trigger it or is it triggerable through different character routes?

The monster in this game is so annoying that its making me not want to play. I wish he moved slower or I'd get a longer break after defeating it each time.

Has anyone else ended up with an error message when entering the B wing male bathroom? I'm hunting down Hatsumari's memories, went into the bathroom and didn't see anything, left, came back later and when I re-entered the game gave me an error message saying "無効なイベントIDもしくは座標のためイベントを作成できませんでした"/Event could not be created due to invalid event ID or coordinates.
I have no idea what triggered it, as I'm pretty sure I already got the memory in that bathroom and I don't see why it would try to replay the memory when I just entered the bathroom. I wasn't being actively chased or anything either.
Couldn't see anyone mentioning this error message, so figured I'd mention it.

Find the secret item that makes someone visible
(Try checking shop or scavenging the whole level of the escape also I dont remember how I got it)Probably a missing code or a bug,I mean you got the memory though which is nice.

You should go looking in Hatsumari's level. K-File No. 29 can be found there.
If you have Yamada's toggle button, You're going to find the file easily
