I think what hit us players (those who liked Finn) the most is the fact that the developer went to the trouble of developing a character like Finn. I mean, seriously, we spare her life, build a friendship/romance, she becomes our mentor (in terms of swordplay) and then she just gets killed?!?!?? For what??? Her death was pointless...so far. That's the thing that pisses me off. If it was a Templar, then I hope we can bring him, or her, to justice in the course of the game. I'm worried that Finn's death is Kaija's fault....

The quote above you proves that it indeed was not pointless and imo worked as intended including your feelings about it haha

I liked Finn too but thats why her death worked otherwise it would feel pointless.

Let me write it down for you, why the other path is the better path... Do you have a moment...in person?
Elfs deserve to die, what's there to write down or discuss? It's written in Stone by the Templars!
And this Finnthing dies anyway, so let us be humanist and kill hear as early as possible!

I dont get it either, she was fine and had potential but well, shes dead now. And she had less potential/was less interesting than all main LI's imo

Im not sure people would be this obsessed with her if she would have survived lol
I suspect you're right. Finn served her purpose. She was interesting and was a good for getting the MC in to the elves and exploring their culture.

Nah, not in my case anyway. In AVN’s I tend to look for “my Li” in anything I play. I was worried after 4 chapters because a few of them were interesting but none of them rose to that level until Finn. Now it’s unlikely any of them will. I didn’t know she was going to die when I decided that she was the one.

In my first play through I killed her straight up. She pissed me off. Unfortunately, you miss most of the story so I had to let her live after that so I could see more Medb. I didn't expect much from Finn when I first played after that because I knew she wasn't an LI and I thought we would see more Medb. I was far more interested in Medb than I was in Finn. To me, Finn was just a silly impetuous girl. There wasn't anything special about her and I didn't find her particularly interesting. She served a purpose, but there was no mystery about her except surrounding her death if you don't kill her off yourself. The real LIs are all mysterious and interesting, even Kaija, even though I don't like her.

I’m pretty much the opposite of you I think. Medb is nice, she’s like a (non-incestuous) mother figure but I’m not interested in her as a li. I absolutely despise Kajia. Zero interest in Elea from go - like when she first showed up in the office the first thing that popped into my head was “nope” - I did her whole route and nothing about it sparked the tiniest bit of interest. Fionna is a possibility but I don’t trust her and at this point in this game not trusting someone is a big deal. Also if she is in any way connected to the templars, she’ll be out. Right now Kate is the frontrunner - 3 of the 4 “real li’s” are out of the running and the fourth is a longshot. And, other than Kate, zero interest in any of the remaining side girls. If the succubus came back at this point, she’d be in the running. If I got an offer from the hellspawn or the Neverwhere crime syndicates, I’d seriously consider it.

Definitely opposites. I love Elea the most among the LIs and Helena is my no1 side girl. We do agree on Kaija though.

I mean - between what happened before I left to see the Alfir and what happened next if the option was there I’d finish burning bridges and cutting ties: I’d quit the job, ditch the apartment, get a new phone - and only give the number to Kate, Jessica and maybe Fionna and if I couldn’t go back to the Alfir I’d probably look for a place and a job in Neverwhere. (And of course seek revenge for Finn.)

As a character Medb is fine, as pretty much all of the LI entourage.
But as an LI she is closer to Kaija level than to Fiona or Elea, just for the fact she sanctioned the murder of MC.

I would probably burn bridges, quit the job and move away to somewhere with Elea, although I would keep in touch with my sister. Since I would kill Finn, I wouldn't be looking for revenge

I'm still interested in the Ice Queen. We still haven't seen a lot of her, so I am waiting to see more of her before I make a judgement. Medb has definitely slipped to number 3 LI and Fiona is promoted to number 2. I'm not ruling Medb out yet, but my expectations have definitely decreased after that.

The thing that confuses me the most is that Ceo thinks we’re supposed to be neutral about the templars. I mean, yes all we have is Medb’s word and we haven’t even had a long conversation about it with her but why would we be neutral. Given our recent history with the Templars, why would give the benefit of the doubt to people who have been lying to MC about everything for his entire life? Especially when you add in the whole rage/grief thing. I mean I hated the Templars when I met Finn. I’m definitely not neutral.
