Don't be like that! I appreciated the recomendation and I actually enjoyed the playthrough! It's a good game on all levels except for 2 in my opinion. Main character's faces really throw me off. And nearly everyone in the game is unlikeable to me

I usually play the good guy to unlock as much content as possible but these characters were pissing me off so much I had to start over and play the asshole and go full scorched earth in order to enjoy my time with the game. Which I did.

I will probably revisit the game further down the line but I hope to Jesus, Mary and Joseph that another LI gets added. One that I actually like and maybe doesn't look like roadkill

Well hate to tell you..in this VN....there will be no more LI (actual romanceable characters, not side girls). We may as well get that out of the way first. Looks, subjective isn't it but similar to Des and Eld, a LI's looks are not my top priority. Kaija, completely agree with you.

(and yes, the scorched earth runthrough is a fun save hehehe).

Frankly, your thoughts on Kaija's look wasn't much different from my first impression.

But I like her more and more as the story progresses, and I find the latest renders with her quite attractive, I think she looks better then in the first chapters. However, yeah, her face is a bit... unusual.

I can't say much about Elea, I'm still too lazy to play her route, but Fiona and Medb... I can imagine someone not liking one of them, but both...
Please ignore my reply in another game's thread about how with such a wide range of attractive girls, it's impossible for someone to not find a girl to their liking. This certainly doesn't apply to you, you have... hmm... quite excuisite taste

With a bag over her head, Kaija would probably be a 10/10. Smoking hot body, no doubt but the face man...I can't.

Like I said, Jessica is the only character I find attractive. Medb, Kari and Elea are meh at best. I think Helena is a pretty woman but falls outside my preference inbody type. Kaija and Fiona really puzzle me in terms of looks because I cannot see what you guys see there.

Same I'm more surprised they don't find at least least Medb attractive. To me Medb model is in my top 10 - 15 or so of best looking models ive seen. She could probably pass as a supermodel imo

I'm not keen on the looks of the Kaija model, but I love the other models Ceolag uses. I don't think Kaija is ugly, the model just doesn't appeal to me. You know what though, that is okay. I'm not attracted to every woman I met in real life with a nice body. That is life. Expecting every model to be what I like, is just ridiculous and unrealistic. If I find a VN where I love all the models then its just a fortunate coincidence.

Some of Fiona's smiles remind me of dialogue from Scary Movie:

Well, the part about tits and split ends doesn't apply to her, but the other part about the weird look sometimes...

I'm a big fan of Medb and that final scene was the gut punch I did not see coming.

I'd be good with the MC seeing a trap, warning Medb and helping her escape it, then being hunted by the third party so they both flee Neverwhere to a different world (neither Earth nor Alfheim) - in an attempt to avoid those hunting them.

This would give them both a reason to depend on each other and the opportunity to build a bond that neither society (Alfar or human) would really allow - given who they are.

With that bond and the obvious closeness of the MC and Medb for each other due to their escape and evade, depending on each other, eventually finding a portal back to Alfheim and going to the Alfar capital would take on an entirely different tone that the MC's first meeting.

Proof of a third party, added to Queen Mab's ability to 'read' and be 'read' by the MC, revealing the depth of the growing bond, their closeness and the MC's sincere desire and efforts to protect Medb and return her to the Alfar could even earn a measure of approval and acceptance that this Human was truly different.

It will be hard to wait for Ceolag to give us the next chapter of this great AVN!

haha I tried her path for 2 reasons before I realized I liked her for other reasons. Like you said she was hot but I saw a render of her on reddit I think that made her look really badass

What sold me on Elea was she has that "Work wife" persona where she's got similar interests to you and lets you shoot the shit at work while having the sexy office lady in heels kinda vibe. But the more time I spent with her the more I wanted to switch to Fiona in the end. She's still alright but for me right now it boils down to Kaija and Fiona I think.

haha kinda of funny how we all have someone different who we call a butterface. For me I consider Elea a butterface. While Medb is the best face for me. then id say I probably like Kaija's face slight more than Fiona.
