I thought every developer had at least 10 alternative storylines in their head, in case players correctly guessed what would happen next in the current version.

As much as I love elves, the Elf Queen is a candidate. She is probably a nasty bitch anyway and deserving of death. It would be sad to take such beauty from the Neverwhere world though.
