You would actually be very wrong there. It is incredibly easy to finish the Anissa scene early and miss both achievements (and the scenes) if you follow your own advice. Both achievements are dependent on complimenting her and her inviting you into the changing booth.

You need to have trained with Kaija, then you hear the Hellspawn during the Ambush and you can Kill him.

More or less fucked from early on.
Or to be more precise, seems you get punished for it even before any hot scenes, so no point going for it.

Girls paths very quickly diverge and conflict with each other, so you can't even if you wanted to. Some are still compatible (ie they don't know) but long term, not going to work.
Well, technically speaking MC will be able to sleep with both mother and daughter, so that's kind of three way relationship.
