I don’t think Medb would be as sure or the Alfar would be ready for war if they weren’t sure - didn’t have evidence or witnesses- hopefully Medb or someone will give us more info before we go back.

They don't need proof, they want war and are satisfied with any pretext to have it. Furthermore, they had already tried this tactic on Medb by trying to kill her with a weapon that must have been in the possession of the Templars
