Yes, I don't know how I missed this incredible story so far. But I'm glad I did, because now it took me the whole weekend to get through it. Should have done a bunch of other things, but just couldn't tear myself away from this story.

I mean, I have some clue how extensive and complicated the whole Gaelic mythology is and I recognized quite a few names and characters, but not at this level of detail. It's very interesting.
I just thought that Fiona might be lying about her Irish roots as a cover story, but Tuatha Dé Danann fits her perfectly, which means she didn't really lie about anything.
I love how all the legends and myths are mixed into this story. Nothing from Kalevala yet, but we already have a Finnish girl name, so I wouldn't be surprised if Väinämöinen popped up somewhere, playing his kantele or Ilmarinen forged a sword or axe for someone.
