Mad props to this dev for letting you stick to your guns and that your choices have a proper impact you can tell the "girlfriend" you dont want anything to do with her after the facade is revealed and the game accepts it, it does not akwardy mend the relationship inspite of choices as many games would.

Same with the parents or the elf that wants to fight you to the death, are you mostly just getting less content overall? I would assume so but giving the option and keeping the game moving is awesome.

The only thing I am scratching my neck about is why the elves are so mad you kill her? Medb clearly encouraged the duel and knew it would lead to one of them dying......? I guess it is just supposed to be a lose lose scenario they just want you dead, bit of a bummer otherwise dope game.

if you pay attention to the "elvish" you know the terms for father and mother
you get to know this at the funeral scene
and medb knew the mc wouldnt kill her - imo

well they obviously expected a different outcome. Medb was fine with the duel since she somewhat knew the guy was not a proper templar and had no training while her daughter had and she was still pissed about having to let go the templar grandmaster. But they missed Durendal from their calculations. Finn lost, and now they are mad. "What are you gonna do, stab me"? --> surprised pikachu face

They missed nothing, because MC already used it to save MEdB and she was none the wiser. Imagine that. They are sower puss losers who have forsaken The Lady of the Lake for her mood swings and her not talking to them.

This game is complex in the grey ares of totally double and tripple cross shady deals. MC cannot hold a grudge.
Dunno how players keep holding grudges when allegiance swirls on a dime and MC has constant attempts on his life to which only himself and Kaija are able and willing to respond. MC would die to Fin. How are people so forgiving? MC almost got blown up, cut up and stabbed by mercenaries sent after him by the elves. They hit him with a RPG head on.

I do not know which game you played, maybe it's MGS V, but definitely not the one I played, I carefully read all the dialogues more than once. You should not invent something that was not in the game or was not proven, which would not leave you room for "maneuvers".

Anyone who wants to read the actual story, get different angles, find different ways and paths to go through the game.
MC has actual attempts at his life - people getting hit by a Truck or a train from the side usually end up dead.
We know who kidnapped the father. It is not hard to put 2 and 2 together.

nah, I'll use spoilers about stuff in new updates for a while, that's it. No way I'll do that for stuff that's been released months or years ago. The vast majority of people have the same mindset I'd say.
