Well, the flashback thing had a sword thrust from Sayo going through her back, our her front, and in the process piercing her heart (assuming her heart is where a human's would be) so any front-stabbing would be kinda moot. I didn't understand this moment, to be honest, there is no mention of two swords, Keenan doesn't mention it, and there seem to be 2 swords on the render. It is not clear where the truth is and where the error is.
