I liked Finnabair too, but considering that she is basically the only girl who has been next to the MC side-by-side for this long without interruptions (at least for the part of MC's life that is covered by this game), this was pretty much inevitable (unless you killed her, that is).
The others have only been episodic encounters during his normal busy daily life.

IMHO, the others are starting to open up and especially Jess is just about to become something off the charts awesome.

Why? Too hot to handle?
Too irresponsible, a troublemaker? It's her job as the cute younger sister!
I just didn't like the way she was talking to the MC in the last update. Not just talking about just the ending. But she was using the MC's good nature and love for her against him to try and get what she wanted when it was dumb and a dangerous to do. Borderline blackmail for me.

Yeah, typical sisters. Still gotta forgive them and love them :sneaky:

I think it is because of the "Stunt" she perfomed going to Neverwhere
I actually had more of an issue with the first conversation at the start of the update then the end with her going to Neverwhere. I'm not fully convinced she wasn't under someone else's control when she went to Neverwhere

No, clearly not, she went there because of "lighthead" and totally oblivious to what really is going on, as Penfold Mole said, typical Teen recklessness, and I find she is characterized pretty good by Ceo, in her role as "overprotected" teen.
Consistent with all the "awakening" what MC experienced.
She is not a Saint of my devotion, but she is very good portrayed.

I don't remember much about the conversation, TBH. Which means that it didn't bother me, seemed natural.

I grew up with a cute younger sister (who was also a bigger troublemaker at the time than I was), so I'm probably used to this kind of behavior . I might find it cute and it might make me a bit nostalgic, actually.

She desired to go, commented with someone else, there was a price on her head and someone provided that she could go straight to a trap. Which makes me wonder: Neverwhere isn't so secret as it seems. Most rogues in society seems to be at least part aware of it. Maybe that place attracts some people there based on their values, addictions and expectations.

That's not really surprising if you consider what the underbelly of any society is like.

If I were to ask Joe Bob Average "Hey, where can I buy a 12 year old girl?" he would likely not know, and I'd probably be getting a nice visit from some guys working for a letter agency.
If you ask the same question of the head of a criminal organization he could probably reach into his drawer and pull out a catalogue and ask me what hair and eye colors I wanted.

Absolutely, in Ch 5 we learn that the Order had a war with Neverwhere cartels, after they killed the Grandmaster (MC Grandfather).
