Pointless trying to explain it to trash, or why do you think it is spread all around the globe ?? Well, I clearly missed something, but there is no way I'm going through 586 pages to figure out something about the sword.

Hey everyone,
As mentioned in last week's Dev log, the focus of this week was to wrap up the scene I've been working on and get the next test build done.
I achieved both and uploaded the test build to my Steam dev branch yesterday.
Outside of that, I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix the skin of a character. In some lighting setups, it always looked weird, almost like it's "glowing".
In the past, I "fixed" that by moving to another angle where it was less noticeable.
But I grew sick of it, so I sat down and searched for the reason. When it comes to surfaces and especially skin settings, I admit that I barely have a clue what I'm doing, so I loaded up the character and another character with a comparable skin and started looking for differences.
Turned out that one of the settings was complete nonsense, and once I fixed that, the skin started to render as expected.
Well, at least I learned something new... I'm just not sure what exactly. :-D
Anyway... I moved on to the next scene now, which will be my work for the next week.
There won't be preview images this week due to avoiding spoilers.
I'll try to make up for that next week.
The numbers for this week:
72 new static renders for a total of 634
2 new animations for a total of 8
199 new lines in the script file for a total of 2474

To give us an idea of how much has already been done and how much there will be, does anyone know how many static renders, animations and lines of script there were on average in previous releases?

Thank's ! well, considering what happend, in real life during the making of, it was somehow predictable, that it wouldn't satisfy all,
specially if you're on certain LI paths other than Kaijas.
I think that Ceo has something in mind since next chapter is the first past summit.

honestly I thought the LI paths were the best part of Ch 6 I liked all of them and is the reason it was my favorite update yet. For me the only things that I didn't like that brought the update down to me. Was the Nightingale fight , Jess and the MC was acting a bit to relaxed for my liking. I would of liked to have the option for him to do more than sit and wait about Fin's killer and try to talk to her or something kind of felt weird to me the whole update was slice of life after everything that happened when it could of been both just by adding a little extra for the MC.

I was a bit disappointed with Eleas path, felt a bit rushed to me, specially after the whole build up from previous chapters.

Yeah her path was the worst of the bunch for me. But I never been a fan of Elea to begin with so I think I might be to biased if I said I liked everyone but Elea. Tho I did like the end of her path in the update. But didn't care for everything in between that. I liked how she took care of the MC after getting in a fight was pretty sweet and wholesome. Tho sex part was a nice bonus to if you didn't say no. But kind was surprised sex happened with her tbh after that I thought was gonna be another update before it happened. Just didn't feel like a time and place for it to me.

For me Kaijas route in Ch.6 was the most destructive, whatever she was spouting and MC taking it as if it did not smell like bullshit.
If the MC challenged her words like he did in Ch.3 during confrontation would have made this chapter quite a good one.
Nightingales fight being shown as a joke does not fit well with seriousness of the whole game.
Fionas and Elea's route atleast were not offensive and not character destructive.
