After all it's on MC (or rather you as a player) how Kaija decides to move on. She loved him and how MC handled the situation is what decides if Kaija sees a future as your partner or as your friend.

And this is technically correct and in-line with her previous statement that the whole relationship was a hoax since she only very recently started to love MC
Now her pumping the brakes hard on her relationship(love) with MC makes even more sense.

thankfully Ch.6 didnt delve deeper into fiona and elea, otherwise losing 75% of LI's in a single update would be guiness world record worthy.

Wishful thinking. She's a main LI so she's got plot armor. But if it was possible that'd be great. I would despise that awful thing a little less if she shared the same fate as Finn.

This situation can be viewed in many ways, the uncertainty on some facts gives different views on some actions to each of us.
You see it as self sacrifice, i see it as an easy way out for her with added destruction of MC's self confidence.

The MC is implausibly stupid and immature. He just got attacked by a kill squad and wants to walk outside and possibly get assassinated by another kill squad because daddy and mommy hurt his fee fee's? That's idiotic and implausible and I don't think this part of the story was well thought out.

Well, if he were a green beret or a blue beret, he would definitely have landed behind enemy lines, methodically cut out all enemy defenses and captured the headquarters, but alas, he is just an office worker, with no experience in repelling attacks by sabotage groups.

This is definitely a flaw of the scriptwriter.

That's a matter of perspective. Nothing I've seen so far in the game (and I've seen everything) makes me think the MC is any safer with the Templar cultists than with literally any other faction presented up until now.

What you call "stupid and immature", I call cautious and reasonable. In his position I would 100% try to fend for myself because I have no trust in anyone else. Sometimes alone is better than in bad company.

Do you really think MC is such a weak man that it damages his self-confidence? Okay, I know that men are the weaker sex. But this weak? I stand by my opinion. The game shows Kaija's motivation and thoughts pretty accurately. There's not much to interpret. She loves him, or rather loved him, and sacrifices herself to at least make up for some of the damage she caused. It also fits her personality. Things like the stupid oath with the Templars or the restoration of the Laines' family honor show that she puts herself second for the benefit of others. Even if it hurts her. It's not smart, but that's how she is.

Well on full love path she does abandon job to get to you in Ch.1.
But you can pretty much max LP on the path where se was ordered to save you and says that there are no feelings apart from the OG friendship.
Im getting some whiplash from some pearls from a single playthrough.

That's a reasonably perspective as the templars are infiltrated by a third party, and this group wants to capture MC. Living among them isn't safe at all.
