I think that friend was her templar watcher, and she betrayed her because either she is member of the third part or is interested on the bounty offered.

It has to be like that or am i missing something? How else would this "friend" know about neverwhere (and randomly go partying there ... ?) but even that sounds kinda far fetched.

I mean it was the worst kind of trap ever, considering they already had her in neverwhere, why not immediately capture her on arrival? The whole Jess in neverwhere part is very confusing imo

Especially given that the Álfir and Templars are now going to war with each other, I think it should be obvious you'll never get a harem. Even if that doesn't happen and peace prevails, I don't see any way things will work out like you imagine. I don't believe a single one of the primary women would be OK with the MC having other girls.
